We're students of Polytechnic Premier Ibrahim Sultan Johor Bahru in Hospitality And Tourism Department. Now we are in semester 3 of Jun 2013. This blog is officially for FOOD AND BEVERAGES SERVICES subject.
Our main objectives is to share our knowledge in this subject. Every week, we will post anything that we learn in F&B class and every task that given by our lecturers Puan Nurul Aida Binti Hamidon and Puan Asmahani Binti Kutip.
